Mentorship is one of the most important elements of entrepreneurship. Many great ideas have died out in early stages due to lack of knowledge. But this could be prevented if individuals that have been practising in the different industries could avail themselves for mentorship.

There is an African proverb that says “It takes a nation to raise a child”. This proverb talks to many situations but it also talks major to the building of young entrepreneurs. If those who have the experience and have the tools are not willing to help a young upcoming entrepreneur or what many can consider as a child in the sphere just by sharing their knowledge then we still have a long way to go when it comes to building world best businesses.

One of the greatest reasons why many successful countries build better businesses is because they don’t hold on to the knowledge they have acquired but share it. Why should an upcoming young entrepreneur have to start afresh when there are others who learned the same lesson.  Don’t give them money because all they need is your time to share it with them.

This is a  callout to all entrepreneurs and coaches that have many years of experience in their fields to join the Thriving Mentor Circle and raise a new breed of entrepreneurs.
